Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Shilpcare Natural, we carefully pack each artisanal soap to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition. We partner with reliable courier services to provide a smooth and fast delivery experience across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Please note: During festive seasons or high-volume periods, processing delays may occasionally occur. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard delivery timelines are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 4 business days (if available for your pin code).

*Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24 hours. You can also track your order directly from your My Account dashboard.

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the redelivery costs.

5. Damages During Transit

While we ensure secure packaging, Shilpcare Natural is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you received your order damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing pictures, and we will do our best to assist you with the courier claim or a replacement.
