Since our soaps are made-to-order and personal care products, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued if:

The product is damaged or wrong.

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method.
Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order.

After that, since soaps are handcrafted and customized, cancellation isn’t possible.
