Return & Refund Policy

At ShilpCare, we take pride in offering handmade, natural, and customized products. Due to the personal nature of our items, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy:

Returns:

  • Since our soaps are made-to-order and personal care products, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.

  • However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued if:

    • The product is damaged or wrong.

    • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days via your original payment method.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • After that, since soaps are handcrafted and customized, cancellation isn’t possible.
