Refund & Returns Policy

At Shilpcare Natural, we take immense pride in crafting premium, essential oil-infused artisanal soaps. Because our products are personal care and hygiene items, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products. However, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective item.
- You received an incorrect product that you did not order.
If your issue matches the above conditions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with unboxing pictures or a video showing the damage/incorrect product.
2. Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the damaged/incorrect product is verified, we will initiate your refund. Please note:
- Refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit Card, NetBanking).
- It usually takes 5-7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Order Cancellations
We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you change your mind, you can cancel your order from your Account Dashboard or by contacting us before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to refuse the delivery, and the refund will be processed after deducting the shipping charges once the package returns to our facility.
4. Missing or Late Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.
